Meta’s recent hardware rollouts are making their Metaverse pivot start to look very interesting. Their partnership with Ray-Ban’s to introduce augmented reality smart glasses that look exactly like regular sunglasses at a less than $300 price point could be the first mass consumer adopted A/R product. The second product is the Meta Quest 3, their third iteration of the V/R headset. Verge described it as “almost the one we have been waiting for” and that is how we are feeling about Meta as a company. Zuckerberg may just end up being right after all.
